GySgt. (Ret.) Michael D. Snell 116 East Military Road Marion, Arkansas 72364 (870) 739-8487 |
Michael Snell is a general-practice lawyer dedicated to providing competent and affordable legal services to his clients throughout Arkansas, Tennessee and the Memphis metropolitan area. Michael has represented clients in state courts throughout Arkansas and Tennessee, as well as Federal District and Appellate courts.
Michael's work ethic reflects his many years of honorable service to the community and the nation. Before becoming a lawyer, Michael served more than twenty years in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring at the rank of Gunnery Sergeant ("Gunny"). There, he learned well the values of honor, integrity, and commitment. He has carried those values into his law practice; it is on those time honored principles that his practice is based. |
Michael strives to produce positive results for his clients, while remaining conscious that many individuals and businesses need legal services at a reasonable cost. Michael recognizes that there are many who cannot afford the high priced "tall building" lawyers to handle their matter. It is for this reason that Michael often works with clients to provide them the most affordable legal services possible.
Michael's practice includes a comprehensive array of legal services designed to satisfy the diverse needs of his clients. His practice includes commercial law, business litigation, collections, probate, guardianships, conservatorships, wills, estate planning, family law, divorce, child support, child custody, landlord tenant law, and property disputes. Please note: Michael is also a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the State of Arkansas; therefore, he is not available for criminal defense. Michael is a competent trial lawyer who is not afraid to go up against the "heavy hitters" and the "tall building" lawyers. He has tried cases against some of the best attorneys in the Mid-South, and has earned the respect of many of those lawyers for his commitment, integrity and no-nonsense approach to the law. |
